The Society of Fellows and The Heyman Center for the Humanities

The Institute for Comparative Literature and Society with the Society of Fellows in the Humanities presents a two-part Medical Humanities Film Series. Part one of the series features Swim Team, a documentary which chronicles the overwhelming struggles and extraordinary triumphs of 3 young athletes with autism and shows how a swim team can bring hope to a community.

The screening will be followed by a round table with Lara Stolman (the film’s director), Kathryn Cai (University of California, Los Angeles) and Rachel Adams (Columbia University).
