This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution. To commemorate this significant event, the American Constitution Society, Center for Constitutional Governance, Institute for Comparative Literature and Society, CEDE, and other sponsors are organizing a two-day event at Columbia Law School. We are honored to have Justice B.V. Nagarathna and Justice B.R. Gavai, both sitting judges of the Indian Supreme Court, join us to reflect on this historic milestone in constitutional history.
