Peter Hitchcock is a Professor of Literary and Cultural Studies at Baruch College and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. His books include Dialogics of the Oppressed, Oscillate Wildly, and Imaginary States. He is finishing a new book, The Long Space, for Princeton’s Translation/Transnation series. Two other projects, Worker of the Worlds, and The Global Life of Things are currently in progress.
