Institute for Comparative Literature and Society

Cynthia (GS ‘22) is an Administrative Assistant at ICLS. Her educational interests include East Asian languages and cultures (Japanese, Chinese, and Tibetan, in particular), public health, end-of-life care, and studying how the removal (and inclusion) of BIPOC spiritual practices have impacted current medical practices and health trends within our society.

A life-long musician, activist, and community organizer, she adores facilitating and holding space for powerful and engaging conversations on death, race, and BIPOC spirituality. You can find her on campus snacking, reading, and writing.
