2026 ICLS Grads receive fellowships: Skyler Gluck & Josephine O’Brien
Congratulations to Skylar Gluck and Josephine O’Brien for their post-graduate awards!
Comparative Literature graduate Skyler Gluck (GS,26) , has joined the distinguished list of Fulbright Scholars.
Skyler Gluck, GS’26, is a graduate of the Dual BA Program between Sciences Po and Columbia University. At Sciences Po, Skyler studied Political Humanities; at Columbia, he studied Comparative Literature & Society. As an English Teaching Assistant in Mexico, he looks forward to deepening his commitment to cross-cultural communication and public engagement while building on his professional interests in English teaching, legal advocacy, and journalism. Skyler will travel to Mexico and participate in an English Teaching Assistantship
Josephine O’Brien (GS’26), a Medical Humanities major, has been named a recipient of the Lafayette Fellowship, a new opportunity that supports graduate study in France.
Josephine O’Brien holds a B.A. in Medical Humanities from Columbia University and a B.A. in Political Humanities from Sciences Po. Her work explores how biotechnology is reshaping family formation. With a back ground in political organizing in New York City, she has worked in reproductive health advocacy and policy across the United States, France, and Bulgaria. As a Lafayette Fellow, she will conduct comparative research on French and American bioethical approaches to assisted reproductive technology at the ENS de Lyon, Master en Logique, Histoire et Philosophie des Sciences et des Technologies.
