Professor Frances Negrón-Muntaner‘s (CSER) new multi-media project Valor y Cambio was featured in The Manhattan Times News. With her co-artist Sarabel Santos Negrón, Professor Negrón-Muntaner has designed a paper-based community currency that also has a dual story-telling component.
