MESSAS Professor of African Studies and ICLS Affiliated Faculty Member Mamadou Diouf commented on the Metropolitan Museum’s exhibition “Sahel: Art and Empires on the Shores of the Sahara” in Quartz.  Diouf, who consulted on the exhibition, will participate in “Histories of the Sahel,” a panel discussion about the exhibit, on April 5 at the Met.
