Nadia Urbanti interviewed by CNBC on the fallout populist leaders may face should Trump lose

Professor and Political Theorist Nadia Urbinati was interviewed for a CNBC piece on the ramifications and possible political fallout faced by other populist leaders around the world should Donald Trump lose his bid for reelection.

“Considering the influence the USA has on democratic countries around the world, and Europe in particular, I would not be surprised to see a decline of populist leaders … if Trump loses the elections,” Nadia Urbinati, a professor of Political Theory at Columbia University, told CNBC Thursday.
