International Year of Indigenous Languages

The International Year of Indigenous Languages aims to preserve, support and promote indigenous languages at the national, regional and international levels. Last year, the Institute for Comparative Literature and Society hosted the Global Justice for Indigenous Languages Symposium, an event dedicated to actualizing language justice. This year promises a plethora of upcoming events dedicated to promoting linguistic diversity with the development of science and technology.
